The Pelcotec™ LMS-20G calibration standard for transmitted light microscopy has been designed for precise magnification calibration and microscope stage calibration. The 20 x10mm pattern is fabricated with Cr lines on clear soda lime glass. The glass is fitted in a black metal slide. Useful in the 5x to 1000x magnification range.

Bright field stage micrometer has 1" and 25mm scales, subdivided to provide calibration for various microscope magnifications.
for measurements and calibration of microscope stages and instruments
Hard wearing scales with vacuum deposited chrome on substantial glass substrates. Parallax free readings. Available in 50 and 150mm length. The 50mm scale is on a glass plate of 75x75x3mm and is supplied in a plastic box with a size of 165x165x25mm. Divisions are 0.1mm. The 150mm scales are available with either 0.1mm or 1mm divisions and have a glass substrate size of 180x30x6mm and are supplied in a wooden box with a size of 250x100x40mm. A UKAS certificate is optionally available for these glass scale at the time of purchase. Recertification or certification after purchase is not available.

Sedgewick Rafter Counting Chambers are used in water analysis, culture inspection and applications where particles per unit volume must be ascertained. The Chamber consists of a 2mm thick clear base slide measuring 76 x 40mm. A rectangular chamber has been built onto this base. A coverglass is then placed atop the chamber. The Chamber measures 50mm L x 20mm W x 1mm deep with a grid-marked base of 1000 1mm squares. When the chamber is filled with liquid and the coverglass in place, a 1 ml volume of liquid is trapped. Under low magnification with a light microscope, each grid square is equivalent to 1 microliter(ul) of liquid. The S53 Sedgewick Rafter Counting Chamber is for many counting applications, APHA methods and where large particles and larger zooplankton in fluids are being analyzed. The S53 is plain glass without grid markings. The chamber holds 1 ml. of fluid. The S53 may be used with an eyepiece reticle where counting and sizing is required. Sedgewick Rafter Chambers are available in an economical plastic version for education and training, a professional version with high quality optical glass with a chromium surface image with counting grid, and a high quality optical glass without grid markings for large particles. The coverglass is compatible with all chamber versions.

The Fluorescent Reference Set comes with four slides with spectra approximating the most commonly used fluorophores:
To keep the slides clean, dust-free and easy to find, the set comes packaged in its own storage box.
Slide dimensions: 75 x 25 x 1.5mm., ±0.1mm for the thickness. *Please be aware there is not a specified standard variation requirement for this product.
Fluorescence Reference Slides are the innovation of Dr. P.C. Cheng of SUNY / Buffalo, NY.
