Countersink 14° for aperture holes up to 300µm.
Countersink 90° for aperture holes 500 and 700µm.
Countersink 53° for hole aperture hole of 1000µm.

3.04mm diameter base with a thickness of 0.25mm.
Smaller diameter is 2.0mm.
Total thickness is 1.0mm.

Conventional apertures can be partly transparent for X-rays causing a higher background level when using EDX analysis. The thicker top hat apertures reduce X-ray transparency.
