Braycote® Micronic 803 is filtered for ultimate cleanliness. It will provide the kind of purity required for use with vacuum systems employing LaB6 filaments. It is stable under high vacuum and has a temperature range of -63°C to 232°C (below -80°F to >499°F). 803 Micronic was developed for applications involving long-term exposure where high temperature or hard vacuum is expected. It is acceptable for clean room applications. Standard Braycote® 803 has nearly the same specifications and does withstand high temperatures and is used for hard vacuum. Both types exhibit excellent shelf life because of their inertness. They are white colored and odorless. Lubricity for both types is retained under these adverse conditions.

Hysol® Low Vapor-pressure Epoxy Resin Sealant seals small leaks on any type of vacuum system or component quickly and conveniently. It is a two component system resin, free of any solvents. It can be used at pressures of 10-9 or below and at temperatures between -45°C (-49°F) and +120°C (248°F) (baking temperature). It bonds well with many materials such as metals (steel, stainless steel, aluminum - can be corrosive to copper when uncured), ceramics and glass. Equivalent to Torr Seal® resin sealant.
The OC® Five paste and the OC® Seven grease are both blended, oxygen safe formulations consisting of fine PTFE particles and Halocarbon® oil, producing a superior sealant that is chemically inert and environmentally safe. OC® Five comes in the form of a (thicker paste), whereas OC® Seven comes in the form of a grease. They are both suitable for lubrication and sealing applications in high vacuum (10-7 Torr / 10-7 mbar range).
Molydag 210 is a colloidal dispersion of molybdenum disulfide in alcohol. Molydag 210 offers excellent lubrication properties, even under extreme pressures. The material is easily applied by brush, dip or spray methods to surfaces which are not affected by alcohol. It exhibits good adhesion to most substrates and usually air dries in 5-10 minutes. Excess amounts should be avoided. Applications are sliders, rotary shafts, notches, locks and anti-seize thread lubricant. Can be used in small amounts for moving parts in vacuum (after drying). Sold in 30g brush bottle and 20g squeeze bottle.

This conductive silver-coated aluminum filled grease provides high electrical and thermal conductivity between two surfaces. It also exhibits excellent lubrication properties and superb chemical resistance. Typical applications include lubrication of vacuum transfer rods (airlock on SEM), static grounding on seals or O-rings, heat dissipation and lubrication of switches and circuit breakers. Paste like consistency. Service temperature range is -70°C to 200°C (-94°F to 392°F). Packaged as a 5.6g syringe for easy application.
