This extensive selection of multi-functional EBSD and t-EBSD specimen holders can be used in SEMs, FESEMs and FIB systems with a standard pin or M4 stage mount. With the pre-tilted holders, there is no need to tilt the specimen stage. This avoids drift and enables quick setup for EBSD analysis. The 70° pre-tilt assemblies include petrographic slide holders and metallographic sample holders. Some of the larger holders require a larger specimen chamber and a larger stage. Depending on the available working distance, z-movement, and maximum specimen height provided by the specimen stage in the SEM, stub extensions and stage adapters may be added to obtain the optimized working distance.

Replacement clips and screws for t-EBSD holders. Clips are made of a phosphor bronze alloy. Thickness of clip is 0.254 mm (0.010"), overall length is 10.77mm (0.424"), and width is 3.99mm (0.157"). Replacement M2 screws are made of brass and are 3mm in length.
