PELCO® Diamond Lapping Discs, 8"

PELCO® Diamond Lapping Film offers a repeatable, precision finish on extremely hard materials. The diamond particles are coated onto 3 mil (0.08mm) thick polyester film that is either plain or PSA backed. Particle sizes from 30 microns down to 0.1 micron are offered to cover most common applications.

Applications: carbides, ceramics, high-hardness metals, fiber optic connectors, magnetic heads

PELCO® Aluminum Oxide Lapping Discs, 8"

Premium, precision lapping 8" discs for producing a super-fine, super-consistent finish. A high strength 3 mil (0.08mm) polyester film backing provides a uniform base for a coating of aluminum oxide abrasive particles. Available as plain or PSA backed in abrasive particle sizes 30 microns down to 1 micron.

Applications: carbides, ceramics, high-hardness metals, fiber optic connectors, magnetic heads
